Welcome to Imgflow, a service operated by Kloop LLC ("Kloop", "we", "us", "our"). By using imgflow.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Imgflow. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Each registered account receives 1 GB of free storage by default. We may revoke access for accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to upload, host, share, or generate images that:
- Contain illegal, infringing, or stolen content
- Depict child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report all instances to NCMEC and authorities
- Promote hate, harassment, violence, or self-harm
- Attempt to identify or dox real individuals without consent
- Contain malware or phishing payloads
4. Anonymous uploads
Images uploaded without an account are automatically deleted after a short period (currently 15 minutes). Do not rely on anonymous uploads for permanent storage.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Kloop LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your image solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Service availability
We strive for uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
